The tuition of the Salesperson License Course includes completion of license application, and notary service. In addition, it includes the course textbook, course outline. The Salesperson License Course is for 63-hours of instruction. The curriculum consists of Florida Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practices, and Real Estate Mathematics. After students complete this course, he or she qualifies to take the state exam.
