Real Estate Pre Licensing Course

The Online Sales Associate Pre-License Course requires 63-hours of instruction. The online Sales Associate Pre-license Course is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission. As in the Classroom version the curriculum consists of Florida Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practices, and Real Estate Mathematics. After a student completes this course, he or she is eligible to take the state exam.

INFORMATION THE STUDENT NEEDS TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING THIS COURSE.

  1. Once the students purchase this course, the student will not receive a refund or credit.


  2. The student has one (1) year to complete the course.


  3. The online Sales Associate Pre-License Course I does not require a textbook or additional materials are needed. The students can purchase additional course materials by clicking on Bookstore.


  4. The only portion of the course that has restriction is the end of course exam. The student will have three hours to complete the exam. The passing score is 70%. The end of course exam must be completed in one session.


  5. If the student do not pass the online end of course exam, he or she must wait at least 30 days but less than one year before the student can retake the end of course exam. If the student does not pass the end of course exam the second time, the student will need to pay for, and retake the online course again.


  6. The course is not downloadable.


  7. Students who are enrolled for online course will not be able to review classroom courses. However students that wish to transfer to the classroom course will be able to do so upon paying the full classroom tuition of $350. The time spent in online course is not transferable to classroom course.


  8. Students who register for the online Course will be eligible to take either the classroom or the online Cram Course weekend or Exam Preparation before take the state exam by paying required registration fees.
