The Real Estate Broker License Course follows the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC Course II) and meets the Florida's requirements for the 72-hour broker pre-license course. This course provides all of the materials in a simple, easy to follow format to build on the knowledge licensees have obtained in education courses taken during their careers as salespersons. When a salesperson completes this course he/she qualifies to take the State broker examination.
